Instructions
Step 1
For corn, use canned corn. Drain 2 cans and set aside 2 cups into a bowl
Step 2
finely dice red onion. chop cilantro leaves. seed jalapeno and finely dice
Step 3
place everything in your bowl of corn. mix well.
Step 4
juice 1 lemon and 1 lime into bowl. add salt to taste
Step 5
mix well and enjoy with chips or your chipotle bowls!
