Instructions

Step 1
I like to chop all the fruit small so you get different flavours in one spoonful. You can use any fruits you like but these are the standard ones i like to use

With juice

Step 2
Add chaat masala and juice of choice. Mango or orange juice tastes really nice in fruit chaat.

With yoghurt

Step 3
Add yoghurt and rooh afza or you can substitute it with cream and rooh afza but I personally find that a bit too heavy
