Instructions

Step 1
Cook spinach three bags at a time on a large pot with a little water. Drain well.
Step 2
In same pot, melt butter and cook onions.
Step 3
Drain and chop artichoke hearts, add to butter and onion.
Step 4
Add spinach, sour cream, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese.
Step 5
Spray oil in casserole dish, put spinach mixture in dish, evenly.
Step 6
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
