Instructions

Step 1
Place Butter, golden syrup and sugar in a large pan over medium heat to just melt and mix together.
Step 2
-Remove from heat and stir the rest of the ingredients into the pan
Step 3
-Transfer to a bowl and leave until cool enough to handle
Step 4
-Tip out of the bowl and form into a log/sausage shape approx 5cm diameter.
Step 5
-Wrap in clingfilm and refrigerate for at least an hour, can be left overnight or frozen at this stage
Step 6
-Slice log approx 5mm thick
Step 7
-OR- roll flat and use your favourite cookie cutters
Step 8
- Place on a lined baking sheet
Step 9
- Backe in Oven 180⁰c for 10 mins
Step 10
- Remove from oven and after 10mins transfer to fully cool on a rack
Step 11
-Decorate with.your choices of icing/sprinkles/dip in melted chocolate
Step 12
-Store in an airtight tin
