my mum and i love these cookies, they're usually chewy and really yummy. After a few days they do go quite dry but if you bake them to share with more than two people they should be gone before that happens :D

I thought 375° was a little high to cook them at so I did 360° for 10 mins but they didn't spread much. Very chewy and dare I say it.....moist 🤭

Just realized it’s a sugar cookie with cinnamon sugar. Have to make them big to be chewy. Yields a lot!
