Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450F.

Step 2
In a bowl, combine almond flour, flaxseed meal, and 2 teaspoons house seasoning.
Step 3
In a separate bowl add eggs and about 1/2 cup Frank’s Buffalo Sauce. Mix well.
Step 4
Dip a chicken tenderloin into the egg mixture, then cast thoroughly with the dry mixture.
Step 5
Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Step 6
Lightly spray coated tenders with avocado oil spray.
Step 7
Bake for 35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
