Instructions
Step 1
Cook elbow noodles in salted water until just under al"dente, drain noodles and transfer to large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Add manwich sauce and drained corn to noodles in large mixing bowl.
Step 3
Cook onion in oil until semi-soft over medium heat. Add garlic and cook about 30 seconds. Add to noodle mixture.
Step 4
Cook ground beef with salt and pepper to taste over medium heat until cooked through. Add to noodle mixture.
Step 5
Mix ingredients in bowl then spread evenly into greased 9x13 pan. Top with layer of cottage cheese then layer of cheddar.
Step 6
Bake 350' on middle oven rack for 30-45 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
