Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C/350F
Step 2
Add all ingredients except cabbage, lettuce, quinoa, pesto & tahini into food processor and pulse until combined.
Step 3
Roll into balls, roll in sesame seeds (optional), and then flatten out a little on baking tray. Drizzle with a little oil.
Step 4
Bake in oven for 25 mins, turn over and bake for a further 15 minutes.
