Step 1
Heat large stock pot. Add sausage and cook completely.
Step 2
Add broth, potatoes, and carrots and bring them to a boil. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer and cook until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in the kale, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, and cook until kale is wilted, about 5-10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
