Instructions
Step 1
In microwave safe bowl, combine chicken and barbecue sauce. Microwave 30 seconds until warmed through.
Step 2
Dice avocado and season with salt and half of the lime juice. Chop cilantro and thinly slice red onion.
Step 3
In large bowl, combine lettuce, avocado, cilantro, cherry tomatoes and red onion. Top with chicken mixture.
Step 4
Drizzle remaining lime juice over salad.
