Step 1
salmon: Pat dry. Spring seasons on both sides. Pre-heat broiler, middle position.

2. In a skillet, med- high heat. Put sauce ingredients. Warm and melt butter.

3. Cook salmon skin side down, 3 min. Baste with sauce.
Step 4
4. Broil 4-5 min. Basting with sauce during the broil. Broil till salmon is caramelized and desired doneness.
