Instructions

Step 1
Cut the salmon fillets into bite sized pieces.
Step 2
Marinate the salmon with olive oil, smoked paprika, soya sauce and fish seasoning.
Step 3
Heat a fry pan with olive oil and butter, add the salmon cubes in a single layer, and cook for 4-5 minutes by flipping them often until crispy and golden. Transfer the cooked crispy salmon cubes to a plate and cook the remaining salmon.
Step 4
To the same skillet , strain the oil and add garlic, saute for a minute.
Step 5
Stir in the honey, soy sauce, hot sauce and lemon juice. . Simmer the sauce for 3-5 minutes until it thickens.
Step 6
Transfer the crispy salmon back to the skillet and toss it well with the sauce. Enjoy!
