Instructions
Step 1
1. Prepare salmon filet by cubing into 1” pieces

2. Marinate salmon in sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and minced ginger for 10 minutes

3. In a hot oiled pan, sear salmon for 3 minutes on one side
Step 4
4. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes
Step 5
5. Remove salmon
Step 6
6. **reduce sauce to desired thickness, if too thick, dilute with 1 tsp water
Step 7
7. Plate, pour over the sauce, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds
