Oops. Ate before picture. So delish. Took a really really long time to make. Used 5 russet and puff pastry. Ate with mint chutney recipe found on page with this recipe. Also spinach with olive oil, lemon juice, fresh ground pepper, and Parmesan as a salad side dish. Don't make on a school night.
