Instructions
Step 1
Butterfly the tenderloin then make slices all over the meat. Combine all the other ingredients and blend together to a smooth puree
Step 2
Spread mixture all over the meat. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
Step 3
For charcoal grill: soak wood chips for 1 hour
Step 4
Grill on a hot grate and brush with oil until nicely browned on all sides. 16-20 minutes
