Step 1
Preheat oven to 425F
Step 2
Blend handful of cilantro, chopped jalepeno, salt, and 1 clove garlic with a splash of water until it forms a sauce.
Step 3
Cut poblanos into thin strips and lay into oven safe dish. Season with salt and olive oil.
Step 4
Lay halibut filet into dish with poblanos and pour over herb/chili sauce.
Step 5
Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
Step 6
Garnish with lime slices and fresh cilantro.
