Instructions
Step 1
Coat salmon filets in chili crunch and bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Shred purple cabbage and white cabbage and mix with shredded carrots.
Step 3
Finely chop cilantro and add to greek yogurt and mix with the juice of one lime.
Step 4
Finely chop mango, cucumber, tomato, and red onion and mix with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Split the yogurt mixture and set aside half. Mix other half with cabbage slaw.
Step 6
Heat your corn tortillas and create the base of your taco with cabbage slaw.
Step 7
Split salmon filets into desirable width to fit into corn tortillas. Top with mango salsa.
Step 8
Mix mayonnaise with hot sauce and drizzle over top tacos. Top with sliced green onions.
