Instructions
Step 1
1. Chop the potato, onion, zucchini, and onion.

2. Chop the bacon into 1 inch strips.
Step 3
3. In a pan (I recommend a cast iron), add the bacon and cook for 3 minutes.

4. Add the chopped potato and onion. Cook for an additional 6 minutes.

5. Add in zucchini, turkey, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.

6. Pre heat oven to 350* F.

7. In a separate bowl, mix egg whites, creamer, salt, and pepper.
Step 8
8. Add the egg whites and potato mixture to a greased oven safe dish. If the pan the potato mixture was cooked is oven safe, you can add the egg whites directly to that.

9. Add 1 c of fat free cheese and combine well. Add any additional seasonings.
Step 10
10. Cook in the oven for 25 minutes at 350* F.
Step 11
11. Cut into 4 even slices and serve. Enjoy by itself or with toppings of choice.
