Instructions

Step 1
1. Mix the wine, broth, soy sauce together. Stir in the cornstarch and set aside.
Step 2
2. Dredge beef in flour and set aside.
Step 3
3. Add oil to pan and fry onion and pepper until slightly brown. Remove from pan.
Step 4
4. Add more oil to pan and saute the beef until it browns. Add the ginger and garlic and saute for a few more minutes until aromatic.
Step 5
5. Add the sliced tomato.
Step 6
6. Add the sauce mixture and cook until sauce bubbles and thickens.
Step 7
7. Add back the cooked onions and peppers and stir all together.
Step 8
Serve over white rice and enjoy!
