Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl stir together the cornmeal and corn. Add the eggs, buttermilk, butter, and peppers and stir to mix, then add the cheese. Pour the batter into a greased 10-inch cast-iron pan. Bake for 40min or until done.
