Step 1
Brown pork and remove and keep warm.
Add mushrooms and sauté until brown and remove.
Add garlic and sauté for a minute while combining the tomato paste and wines.
Add the sauce and start to simmer then add meat and mushrooms back to pan. Add seasoning.
Simmer 3-5 minutes until sauce is thickened.
