[🇬🇧/🇩🇪] VEGAN VANILLA CARAMEL CHEESECAKE As someone who’s obsessed with cheesecake, this vanilla caramel cheesecake recipe is really the ideal meal or snack!😍 I swear it tastes just like a caramel dream and it’s packed with so many nutrients! RECIPE CAKE LAYER: 30g oat flour 20g (vanilla) protein powder (or more flour) 1/2 tsp baking powder sweetener of your choice around 75ml plant based „milk“ CHEESECAKE: 300g soy skyr 15g vanilla pudding powder 25g caramel (milkshake/popcorn) protein powder sweetener of your choice splash of plant based „milk“ TOPPING: cacao nibs + blueberry’s • Mix the ingredients for the cake layer and place it in a ovenproof bowl. Put all the ingredients for the cheesecake into another bowl and stir until everything is well combined. Place the cheesecake layer and the toppings on top of the cake layer. Put it into the oven für around 45min (180 decree) until its gold brown and have a cheesecake similar consistency. (Keep in mind that it gets even harder while cooling down) When it’s baked let it cool down in the oven by opened door until it’s cold.
