Chop two to three medium Goldie potatoes let the potatoes simmer on the skillet on medium heat for about ten minutes. Optional you can add two tablespoons of EVOO. Add a pinch of salt, pepper and coriander seasoning..

Now it’s ready to serve! Add your veggie toppings can really be anything you enjoy! For my morning hash! I added a sliced avocado, cherry tomatoes. Sliced cucumbers and drizzled a little mild sauce for a kick!
