These pumpkin chocolate chip cookies are thick, perfectly spiced pumpkin cookies. They are packed with chocolate chips and will allow you to enjoy Crumbl cookies all year long!

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 1
Line baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat; set it aside.
Step 2
In lg. bowl, whisk melted butter, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, sugar, egg, & vanilla until smooth.
Step 3
Gently mix in flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, ginger, cinnamon, & salt until dry mixture disappears. Fold in chocolate chips.
Step 4
Using lg. cookie scoop, scoop out 12 equally sized cookie dough balls; place on prepared baking sheet. Gently spray back of a spoon, or your hands with non-stick cooking spray; flatten cookies to about ⅔” thickness.
Step 5
Bake (15-16 min.).
Step 6
Cook cookies on baking sheet; transferring to cooling rack to finish cooling. Enjoy!

Step 7
These cookies can be stored in airtight container at room temp. (up to 3 days) or
in fridge (up to a week).
Step 8
Pop them in micro. (5-10 sec.) to warm them up a bit before enjoying.
