Instructions

Step 1
If using chicken, I put it in the crockpot frozen. If using hamburger, brown it, drain it and dry it well. Place meat in the bottom of the crock pot.
Step 2
Put the taco seasoning directly onto the meat. Drain and rinse the beans. Drain the corn. Do not drain the rotels Those 3 can go on in any order. I also add cumin and chili powder on top of everything.
Step 3
Cook on low for 5 hours or on high for 3
Step 4
If you used chicken, remove it from the crockpot. Cube or shred it and put it back in the crockpot. Cook for 1 more hour.
Step 5
Top with sour cream, tortilla chips (optional), cheese...etc.
