Step 1
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Ad rice and cook until puffed and golden, stirring occasionally. Add dry seasonings and mix well. Stir in onion and cook until tender. Stir in chicken broth and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork.
