Heat olive oil in a pan, add mustard seeds until they start to pop, then add the onion and fry until soft. Add the cumin, garlic, ginger and chilli. Turn down the heat and cook for a few minutes. Add the turmeric, garam masala, curry powder and ground coriander. Add water if required. Add the passata, continue to cook, stirring frequently. Add the meat, and cook through. Season to taste. Serve with the fresh coriander.
