Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°

Line a muffin pan with cupcake liners

In a large bowl mix together almond flour, sugar substitute, baking powder and salt

Mix together oil, eggs and milk and add to dry ingredients

Add vanilla
Step 6
Fold the blueberries into the batter

Divide batter into muffin cups until 3/4 full

Bake for 25 minutes or until tops are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
