Instructions
Step 1
Sauté the veggies in the oil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
Step 2
Reduce heat to medium, add the tomatoes, butter, aleppo pepper and a generous pinch if salt and pepper for 2 minutes
Step 3
Create little holes and crack eggs into, cooking for 1 minute and then briefly stirring them in. Cook for 3 to 4 more minutes.
