Instructions
Step 1
Microwave tortilla for 10 seconds or until warm.
Step 2
In mug/bowl, microwave spinach & onion for 2 minutes or until soft. Blot away excess moisture. Spread over tortilla.
Step 3
Spray previous dish with cooking spray and mix together eggs and choice of seasonings. Microwave 1 minute.
Step 4
Add chicken and microwave another minute or until set.
Step 5
Spread over tortilla and top with tomatoes and avocado.
Step 6
