❄️ Freezer Storage Instructions
1. After wrapping, place the burritos into a large Ziploc freezer bag or airtight container.

(Tip: You can use a straw to suck excess air out of the Ziploc if needed.)
3. Label with date. Freeze up to 3 months for best quality.

• Let sit 30 seconds before eating.

📝 Notes
• If you plan to batch-cook more than 10, simply scale ingredients.
• These mini burritos are not full-sized meals—2 per serving is a good rule of thumb for adults.
• Feel free to add hot sauce, hash browns, or sautéed spinach for variety.
• Use pre-shredded cheese if fresh isn’t convenient—your wife will be fine with what she's always used.
• Let burritos cool slightly (no longer than 30 min) before freezing. Warm but not hot is ideal. Avoid letting them sit out for hours.

Instructions
Step 1
1. Cook the Protein: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease. Set aside. (If using pre-cooked bacon, just chop and warm it slightly.)
Step 2
2. Scramble the Eggs: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and optional seasonings. In the same pan, add butter or spray, then pour in egg mixture. Cook on low to medium heat, stirring occasionally until softly scrambled. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 3
3. Prep the Filling Station: Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface or wrap them in a damp paper towel and microwave for 10–15 seconds to make them more pliable. Place a small spoonful of eggs, sausage, shredded cheese, and any optional veggies or tomatoes into each tortilla. Avoid overfilling.
Step 4
4. Roll the Burritos: Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from bottom to top to form a burrito. For freezing, wrap each burrito individually in plastic wrap or aluminum foil.
