The original recipe had a couple of errors, including that it needs a higher cooking temperature! I changed several ingredients and adjusted some amounts as well.

1 ½ cupnuts
chopped, walnuts, pecans, almonds

1 Thempseed
optional

1 Tflaxseed
optional

2 tspbaking powder

½ tspsalt

3 cmilk

2 Tbsphoney

4eggs
large

3 Tbspunsalted butter
melted

1 Tbsporange extract

2 tspvanilla extract

4 cfruit
frozen, or fresh, blueberries, mixed berries, peaches, nectarines, etc

2 tcoconut sugar
optional
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F.

Step 2
Butter a 9x13 baking pan.
Step 3
Mix in a large mixing bowl: oats, nuts, orange extract, baking powder, salt, milk, honey, eggs, butter, vanilla.
Step 4
Stir in fruit.
Step 5
Pour into baking pan and spread evenly.
Step 6
Top with coconut sugar.
Step 7
Bake 1/2 hour.
Step 8
Serve hot, cold, or reheated, with or without half and half or cream.
