Ingredients

500gboneless chicken thigh
diced
1 tsppaprika
1 tspcajun seasoning
1 tspgarlic granules
1 tsponion granules
1 tsporegano
1 tspchilli powder
1 heaped tbspground cumin
3 Tbspsriracha
1 Tbsptomato purée
2juice of limes
2 Tbsphoney
salt
to taste
8tacos
hard or soft, shop-bought, to serve
pickled red onion
to serve
fresh coriander
to serve
Yogurt dressing
4 Tbspgreek yogurt
juice of lemon
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Add all the ingredients for the chicken to the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours until the meat is falling apart.
Step 2
Make the dressing by mixing the yogurt, lemon juice and garlic granules in a small bowl and season to taste.
Step 3
Assemble your tacos by adding the chicken along with the yoghurt dressing and topping with pickled red onion and coriander.
