Instructions

Step 1
Chop up one full yellow squash. Put squash, 2 cups of broccoli, 1 tbsp of olive oil in pan, saute on med low (3). Stir frequently. Sprinkle lightly with uncle Chris's seasoning. While vegetables are sauteeing, start cooking ramen in microwavable bowl in microwave. Do NOT add flavor packet from ramen. Cook in microwave 5 min or until almost all the way cooked, drain all water. It will finish cooking in the skillet. Add 2 tbsp of teriyaki sauce and plain ramen to skillet once vegetables start to soften. Stir until vegetables and ramen are coated. Add additional teriyaki sauce to preferred flavoring. It will get hotter as it starts to cool so add sauce with caution.
