Spirulina packs a mighty protein punch in each tiny amount. Kids tend to gobble spirulina up, which is great since it's a powerhouse of nutrition. Be aware that it tends to turn teeth green, but honestly, kids love that too!

For the Spirulina Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
First, make the dressing. In a blender, puree all the dressing ingredients until smooth, then set it aside.
Step 2
In a large bowl, toss together the greens, sprouts, and cucumber, and the drizzle the mixture with enough dressing to evenly coat everything. Sprinkle in the hemp seeds and salt, toss to combine, and serve.
