Homemade Breakfast sausage for topping
1 lb90/10 ground beef
1 Tbsptarragon
1 Tbspmarjoram
1 Tbspfennel seed
toasted & lightly ground
2 tspgarlic powder
2 tsponion powder
2 tspsmoked paprika
2 tspground nutmeg
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
1 Tbspmaple syrup

Instructions
Crust
Step 1
Watch video for inspiration! I just used fresh potatoes.
Step 2
Shred potatoes. Use a tea towel to thoroughly squish out as much water as humanly possible.
Step 3
Add egg and seasonings. Move to a pan on parchment paper to form crust. Brush will olive oil all over.

Bake at 500 for 22 to 25 minutes
Breakfast sausage

Do this in advance (pref 1 night at least to let flavors meld)
Step 6
Take the beef (should be lean for health) & mix in all ingredients. Store in fridge/freezer until ready to cook.
Pizza time!
Step 7
Top pizza with all toppings of your choice. Bake at 400 for about 8 minutes, or until eggs are cooked (leave eggs runny).
