Step 1
- Combine well and leave to rest for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator
Step 2
- Roll kebabs onto skewers
Step 3
- Grill on medium heat in butter/olive oil or braai then increase the heat to chargrill the outside
Step 4
- Place on flatbread/naan and brush with lemon butter sauce / imli sauce
Step 5
- Garnish with chopped dhania, green/red chillies and lemon wedges
Step 6
- Serve with store bought imli sauce, hot sauce, chips and salad
