Instructions

Step 1
Mix cucumbers, salt and onion in a bowl, cover and let sit 30 mins.
Step 2
Turn cucumber mixture into a colander set over a bowl or in a sink; let drain, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid has drained, about 30 minutes more. (Push down some) Transfer drained cucumber mixture to a large bowl.
Step 3
Whisk remaining ingredients together in a separate medium sized bowl, then pour over cucumbers and mix together.
Step 4
Refrigerate at least 1-2 hours before serving.
