thin sliced

5yellow potatoes
cut into bite-size

3carrots
peel and cut into bite-size

2onions
sliced

⅓ cupgreen beans
Broth
Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot, heat the oil with medium heat. Add thin sliced beef, and cook until the color changes.
Step 2
Add potatoes and carrots and sauté.
Step 3
Add broth ingredients to pot and let it boil. Remove the scum.
Step 4
Medium low heat, cook for about 10 minutes.
Step 5
Add onions and cook for about 10 more minutes.
Step 6
Add green beans, and cook for about 5 minutes.
