Step 1
cut 4 oz steak into inch by quarter inch pieces
Step 2
marinate steak in 1/2 teaspoon lime juice for one to two hours more for best results

while the steak is marinating we cook the onions in 1 teaspoon grape seed oil on scottle until caramelized then add 1/3 cup of pineapple and cook for 1 to 2 minutes
Step 4
cook the steak, allow the scottle to boil off all the water on the scottle and allow it to sear the meat to add flavor and add a cooked quality
Step 5
cook 4 tortillas on a steamer tray raised over the scottle as not to allow them to get wet in the teaspoon of grape seed oil in the middle and put a cover over the scottle.
