Instructions

Step 1
To make the Steak/Chicken marinade you’ll need to add the following to a blender: 2 -7oz Chipotles peppers in adobo sauce 3/4 cup of water Half a white onion 2 teaspoons garlic stir in paste 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon knorr chicken bouillon 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon oregano Blend until smooth.
Step 2
In a large bowl you will add your steak ( make sure to rinse with vinegar and lime) and marinade, making sure the steak is fully coated. You will let it marinade for at least 2 hours
Step 3
In a large skillet over medium high heat, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil. Add your marinated steak and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. I like to remove the steak mid way, add it to a cutting board and chop into small bite sized pieces. Then I’ll add it back to the pan, add chopped cilantro, squeeze of lime and cook for an additional 3 minutes or to your liking. Remove the steak bites from the pan and allow them to rest for 10 minutes
Step 4
Place tortilla in your pan over medium high heat and warm it for 15 seconds per side. Then place on a flat surface, evenly distribute the steak, cheese, rice and then top with pico de gallo, guacamole and sour cream. fold over two opposite ends of the flour tortilla, keep those ends tucked in and roll up tightly.
Step 5
Cut the burrito in half and serve with a side of guacamole 🤎
