BLT Bow Tie Pasta Salad

This is a great summer salad! Savory and perfect on a hot summer day! Also delicious with GF pasta! The recipe calls for Bow Tie Pasta, but any pasta will work well.

Instructions

Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine romaine, chicken, tomato, bacon, peas and pasta. (Note: OR add lettuce to each plate after mixing with sauce)

In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, water, barbecue sauce, vinegar and pepper.
Step 4
Pour over salad; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
