Instructions
Step 1
Set water for pasta onto the hot plate. Heat oil in a deep frying pan between on the hot plate. Add chicken and brown lightly. Add bacon and leek and sauté. Add garlic and Dijon mustard and cook for 1 min more. Place pan into simmer oven.
Step 2
Add pasta to boiling water and cook as per instructions
Step 3
When pasta is nearly cooked remove the chicken from the simmer oven and add the cheese, stir through to melt and add the crème fraiche, mix well. Season to taste. Add 2/3 tablespoons of pasta water to thin the sauce. Add cooked pasta and stir through.
