Instructions

Step 1
Bring a pot with water to a boil and add your pasta.
Step 2
Take your chicken breast and add to a ziploc bag and use a meat tenderizer. Take chicken breast out and set aside to season.
Step 3
Rub down chicken breast with oil. Season with Cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley, paprika, and old bay.
Step 4
Add oil to a skillet or non-stick pan. Make sure oil is hot first, then add in your chicken breasts to cook for about 5 to 10 minutes. Keep an eye on it so it does not burn. Once nice & golden brown on one side, flip to the other side. Remove and set aside once done.
Step 5
In the same skillet, add about on tablespoon of butter. Then add your chopped bell pepper, onion and diced tomatoes. Cook until onions begin to turn translucent.
Step 6
Add heavy cream & chicken broth. Then add your cream cheese and melt it down. After its melted, add the chicken bouillon and remaining Cajun seasoning. Salt and pepper to taste if necessary.
Step 7
Add your pasta and ensure to incorporate it well with the sauce. Then take your chicken and cut it however you prefer and add to the pasta. Top with parmesan cheese.
