Instructions
For preparing the chicken
Step 1
Season the chicken with all the seasonings
Step 2
In a pan with a little oil fry the chicken.
Step 3
In the same pan, add 1 tbsp butter, tomato, onion, water, curry, vinegar, sugar, garlic until soft.
Step 4
Grind the sauce
Step 5
After grinding add 1 tbsp butter and cream until thicken
