Ingredients

2 tspolive oil
1 lbground beef
1.5 lbsyellow potatoes
diced
½ cupyellow onion
chopped
4garlic cloves
peeled and minced
1green bell pepper
medium, seeded and diced
½ cuppitted green olives
chopped
1 cuptomato sauce
2 Tbsptomato paste
1 tspsalt
½ tspchili powder
½ tspcoriander
2 tspground cumin
¼ cupcilantro
chopped
4corn tortillas
warmed
Instructions
Step 1
1) Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is shimmering, crumble ground beef into the skillet and cook until browned and no longer pink, about 3-4 minutes.
Step 2
2) Transfer cooked ground beef to a large bowl and add potatoes, onion, garlic, bell pepper, olives, tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt, chili powder, coriander, and cumin, stirring to combine.
Step 3
3) Divide picadillo between two Suvie pans and place in Suvie. Input settings, and cook now or schedule. Suvie Cook Settings Bottom Zone: Slow Cook Low, 4 hours Top Zone: Slow Cook Low, 4 hours
Step 4
4) After the cook, remove all the pans from your Suvie and divide picadillo between 4 bowls. Season picadillo to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with corn tortillas on the side.
