Instructions

Step 1
preheat the oven to 180°C
Step 2
sift the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt into a large bowl.
Step 3
add the banana and blueberries, and using a fork, lightly toss the fruit through the flour mixture
Step 4
whisk together the golden syrup, vegetable oil, egg, and milk in a small bowl.
Step 5
add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and lightly combine.
Step 6
spoon the batter into a mind muffin tray and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, if desired.
Step 7
bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
