Step 1
Boil frozen chicken breasts - cut into small pieces and set aside
Step 2
Cook rice 1 bag at a time - set aside
Step 3
In a large pot, melt 1 stick of butter and finely chopped onion until soft. Add marjoram, garlic powder, and salt and pepper
Step 4
Add chicken and chicken broth and bring to a slight boil, then add cooked rice. Mix well and add carrots and mushrooms
Step 5
Heat slowly and stir frequently. Add half and half, constantly mixing (never to full boil)
