Instructions

Step 1
Mix crust ingredients together until combined. Then press dough into greased cookie sheet. (May need to double the recipe to fill a whole cookie sheet.)
Step 2
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 mins. Then use a spatula to press down the hot crust. This makes it hot and chewy.
Step 3
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice. Mix then add in cool whip.
Step 4
Once crust is cooled, spread frosting and top with your favorite fruits.
