Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl
baking powderbaking powder4 teaspoons
flourflour3 cups
saltsalt2 teaspoons
granulated sugargranulated sugar1 ½ cups

Add all the wet ingredients and mix until smooth. The batter will be a little thick.

Fold in berries
mixed berriesmixed berries10 ounces
Step 5
Line muffin tin with paper liners. Fill the muffins about 1/2 way with the batter. Will make approximately 18 muffins.
Step 6
Bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are brown and a toothpick can be inserted and pulled out clean (crumbs are fine wet batter is not) from the center.
